30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in like-new condition (free of pet hair or damage) with original packaging and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@korvanipetliving.com.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out immediately at info@korvanipetliving.com so we can send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, personalized custom products and final-sale clearance items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item or different size is to return your original item and place a new order once accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(EU Customers: Under EU regulations, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt).
