1.     Order Processing Time

All orders are verified, inspected, and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once processed, your package is handed directly to our primary logistics partners.

2.     Shipping & Delivery Times

Because we partner with specialized global fulfillment centers to source unique, high-quality pet products, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

3.     Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel step-by-step. You can also track your order at any time directly through our store page.

4.     Separate Deliveries

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages so we can get each item to you as quickly as possible.
